Adding to our suite of resilience-building services, the R@W scale is used with individuals to assess their current state of resilience at work. One of the first measures to specifically address resilience in the context of work, the R@W scale focuses on behaviours that can be developed rather than fixed personality traits. The online assessment takes only a few minutes to complete but generates a comprehensive report outlining how resilience can be increased by both building on existing strengths, and developing new resilient behaviours. The report can be delivered electronically, or for maximum impact, incorporated into a feedback and coaching session with one of our practitioners.
