


Rob Woollen - Lead consultant and founder
Rob is a member of the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH) and the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning (ITOL). A highly experienced personal trainer and amateur triathlete, Rob was one of the first UK fitness instructors to gain Level 4 status on the Register of Exercise Professionals.Previously an award-winning project engineer in the construction industry, he has hands-on experience of the issues faced by both manual and professional workers in high-pressure environments.
Rob sits on the strategic advisory board for Manchester Metropolitan University Business School, is involved in the Manchester branch of the CIPD and was a finalist in the 2009 Manchester Entrepreneur of the Year awards. He is also employed as an examination question writer / reviewer by the RSPH.
His opinion on improving workplace health is often sought, and Rob regularly contributes to publications such as Occupational Health, Corporate Advisor, Employee Benefits and CIPD newsletters.
