Working one-to-one, we help individuals resolve both one-off situations and longer term issues. Typical immediate challenges can include dealing with conflict, making difficult decisions, and setting appropriate goals. Longer-term issues include presentation nerves, self-confidence and job transitions. Via targeted questioning and well-established thinking tools, we take people through structured thought processes that help them find their own way through obstacles.
Where appropriate, we use the R@W Sustain 7 Resilience assessment tool to measure and strengthen the individual’s levels of resilience at work. This reduces stress and helps people maintain wellbeing as they tackle the inevitable workplace challenges.
Sessions last either one or two hours, making them an extremely cost-effective way of tackling specific worries and getting performance back on track.
